Univision has reportedly bought out ABC News and Disney's stake in Fusion, the cable network launched in 2013. Univision will now create the Fusion Media Group, which will incorporate The Onion, The Root and Fusion, among other media entities. Disney had been talking about selling its share as far back as December of last year. Univision is now also going to handle sales and TV distribution for Fusion. The financial terms of the deal are unknown at this time.
