A highway patrol officer crashed into and killed a Northern California teenager Wednesday while he was distracted looking at the computer in his vehicle. The officer was reportedly unable to stop in time in a construction zone and hit the car in which 15-year-old Weston Sites was a passenger. An investigation team is looking into the crash as well as what led up to the accident.
