Juan de Los Santos, a mayor in the Dominican Republic, was shot and killed in his office Tuesday by a man who allegedly worked for him. The shooter killed a security agent who tried to approach him and then took his own life. Santos had five kids, two of whom are toddlers. The grievance behind the shooting is not known.
