But now, Douglas’s spokesman is trying to walk it back, saying the actor was simply discussing the causes of throat cancer. When asked if his hard-partying lifestyle led to his illness, Douglas responded, “Without getting too specific, this particular cancer is caused by something called HPV, which actually comes about from cunnilingus.”
