The Lone Star Legal Aid offices in downtown Houston were rocked by an explosion on Monday morning, ABC 13 reported. Eyewitness video shows the building covered in flames and smoke. It is still unclear how the fire began. One firefighter on the scene has reportedly been injured while trying to quell the fire with limited resources. The explosion comes amid severe flooding and damage brought on by Tropical Storm Harvey.
