Dozens Arrested After Deadly Police Shooting in Atlanta

At least 36 people were arrested in Atlanta after a Wendy’s was set on fire to protest the fatal shooting of Rayshard Brooks there by an Atlanta police officer. Police fired tear gas into a group of protesters and closed an interstate near the burning Wendy’s early Sunday morning. The officer involved in the shooting was suspended and Atlanta Police Chief Erika Shields resigned over the shooting.
