Authorities said about two dozen students were injured after a stage collapsed during a concert at Westfield High School on Thursday in Westfield, Ind. During the last portion of the student concert, the platform buckled as performers moved toward the front of the stage. Westfield Fire Department chief Joe Lyons said multiple students were "seriously" injured, including one in critical condition. "People were lifting large pieces of the stage out of the pit from on top of the kids," said Mandi McKinley Brown, who was watching the show. A fire marshal was at the scene to investigate the accident, Westfield Mayor Andy Cook said.
