Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green was arrested Sunday for assault in East Lansing, Michigan, according to a report. The police department’s public information officer said he could not confirm the arrest. “What I can confirm is that we did arrest a current NBA basketball player this weekend and he was arrested for assault. That’s all we’re confirming now.” The circumstances of the arrest and the assault are unknown. Green, 26, had one of his best seasons this past year, leading his team to the NBA finals.
