The driver behind the wheel when a New York-bound tour bus flipped, killing four, will face criminal charges. Kin Yiu Cheung was driving the bus from Greensboro, North Carolina, when it hit an embankment and flipped over near Richmond, Virginia, around 5 a.m. Tuesday. In addition to the four fatalities, dozens were injured. Police have suggested that driver fatigue may have caused the crash. It’s not the first safety failure for Sky Express, the operator of the bus: It performed worse than 97 percent of all passenger-bus companies in the last year in the “fatigued driver” category.
