Japanese authorities are investigating a small drone carrying a camera, a water bottle and a flare with a radioactive sign that landed on the rooftop of Prime Minister Shinzo Abe's office Wednesday, according to local media. While it was not immediately clear what the drone meant, a Japanese court approved the restart of a nuclear power station on the same day. The decision raised concerns about nuclear safety following the 2011 Fukushima radiation disaster. Abe was in Indonesia at the time.
