Dumpster Diving in the East Village

This is what downtown Manhattan three days after Hurricane Sandy has come to: with no power, dwindling gas, and nowhere to go, people are lining up at dumpsters to find food for themselves and their families. NBC's Jonathan Vigliotti reports.
