Robert Durst was indicted on two felony gun charges in New Orleans Wednesday, a conviction on which can result in up to 20 years in prison. The charges concern being a felon in possession of a weapon, and possessing a weapon around a controlled substance—a reference to the pot found in Durst's hotel room. The presiding judge ordered Durst held without bail.
