According to court documents, Joseph Meek Jr., 21, is set to plead guilty to lying to police in the wake of his acquaintance Dylann Roof's black church massacre in Charleston, S.C. Meek was picked up by the FBI last fall and charged with lying to investigators and withholding evidence, alleging that he knew of Roof's rampage at the Mother Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church before it ever happened. Nine churchgoers were killed in the incident.
