Missionary staff of SIM USA who have been working with or around Ebola patients in Liberia are heading home to North Carolina. Officials are requiring the staff, who do not have symptoms of the deadly virus, to undergo a period of quarantine, but say there is no cause for concern. “SIM USA has been working closely with international, national, state and local public health officials since this most recent outbreak of Ebola in Western Africa began,” Bruce Johnson, the organization's president, said in a statement. “We will continue to cooperate and collaborate with them and adhere strictly to their guidelines in the return of our missionaries to the United States.”
