Three-term former New York City mayor Ed Koch was moved to the intenseive care unit for closer monitoring at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital on Thursday afternoon, according to his spokesman. The 88-year-old had recently been released after being treated for water in his lungs and legs, but was readmitted Monday. His third hospitalization in the past few months fell a day before a new documentary about his career premiered Tuesday night at the Museum of Modern Art.
