Republican Sen. Scott Brown's opponent Elizabeth Warren raked in more than $8.6 million over the past three months, bringing her total loot to $13.5 million cash on hand. The Democratic Senate candidate’s second-quarter fundraising figure put the $1.7 million she raised in the first quarter to shame. Warren’s campaign said it “experienced a surge in grassroots donation,” noting that 81 percent of donors contributed $50 or less and more than half gave $25 or less.
