Houston-based energy company Hilcorp has handed each of its 1,381 employees a $100,000 bonus. Hilcorp is one of the nation’s largest privately held oil and natural-gas exploration and production companies. For the last three years, it’s been named among Fortune’s “100 Best Companies to Work For.”
