Verifies an "incident" on Housewives set

Eva Longoria may be backing up Nicollette Sheridan's claims that Desperate Housewives creator Marc Cherry attacked her, telling Ryan Seacrest, "They did have a thing on set… Apparently this incident happened, and she felt it was wrong." Longoria had no further details on the alleged attack and explained that she tried to "get the dirt" but that "nobody's allowed to talk about it." Cherry has yet to deny the allegations in Sheridan's lawsuit, and sources say that the attack in question took place in rehearsal for a scene, during which Cherry slapped Sheridan to demonstrate a scripted altercation between her character and her husband.
