Despite TMZ’s Tuesday report that actress Eva Longoria Parker’s husband Tony Parker filed for divorce in a Texas courthouse, a rep for the Desperate Housewives star has denied the claims. TMZ originally reported that two Texas courthouse clerks said the Parkers’ divorce was filed Monday and sealed by a family judge. But Longoria Parker’s spokesperson told the gossip site on Tuesday that the actress' husband, a San Antonio Spurs star, doesn’t even have a divorce lawyer, and said the divorce rumors are “100 percent false,” according to The Scoop. Another clerk at the courthouse now says she hasn’t seen divorce papers filed by Parker.
