A former FBI agent has been indicted on six counts each of perjury and obstruction of justice charges over his testimony in the Whitey Bulger trial. Robert Fitzpatrick surrendered in Boston to U.S. Marshals on Thursday morning, and is due to appear in court this afternoon.
