A 27-year-old ex-Marine has been charged with the murder of an 11-year-old boy who was walking home from school in May, Houston police announced Saturday. Andre Timothy Jackson Jr. was arrested Friday afternoon and charged with the fatal stabbing of sixth-grader Josue Flores, who was only a few blocks away from his home when he was murdered. Police have not established a motive for the murder and there is no known connection between the child and his alleged killer.
