An IED was found on the grounds of the U.S. Capitol after a mob of pro-Trump rioters stormed the building on Wednesday, according to NBC News. It is unknown where on the grounds that the bomb was found. According to CNN, law enforcement was able to locate and neutralize it before it went off. Another suspected pipe bomb was discovered at a building with Republican National Committee offices. That explosive device was also neutralized by authorities.
