Seriously, was Edward Snowden the only person who the National Security Agency wasn’t spying on? American intelligence and law-enforcement officials say they may never be able to fully assess how much Snowden knows—and how much damage he can do, according to The New York Times. The NSA facility in Hawaii where Snowden was station was apparently not up-to-date with its monitoring software, and what’s more, Snowden logged into classified systems using the passwords of other employees. “They’ve spent hundreds and hundreds of man-hours trying to reconstruct everything he has gotten, and they still don’t know all of what he took,” a senior administration official said. Adding insult to injury, many government officials first learn about a Snowden leak when a reporter calls them up for a quote.
