On Friday a breach in the 95,000-barrel-a-day Pegasus pipeline caused a leak of “a few thousand” barrels of oil in Mayflower, Arkansas. The pipeline was carrying crude oil from Alberta, Canada, and its breach will certainly strengthen concerns raised over the Keystone XL pipeline waiting State Department approval.
