Lindsay Lohan is in “absolute hell” without Samantha Ronson. In an exclusive interview with Us Weekly, LiLo relives the “worst night of her life,” when Ronson publicly broke up with her. The final meltdown occurred during a party for Ronson's sister that everyone was invited to—except Lindsay. And if you’re Lindsay Lohan and can’t get into a party—much less your own girlfriend’s—there’s only one thing to do: go “mental.” Lohan reflected on the breakup: “The worst part: I was so alone."

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes go to Scientology marriage counseling in this week’s installment of the Star. Maybe the problem with the marriage is that Holmes doesn’t believe in Scientology to begin with. “She told Tom she wants to stop going because she doesn’t feel the Scientology method is effective counseling, but Tom told her to give it another two months and they’ll discuss it again,” an insider told the magazine. Britney Spears has also reportedly reunited with her ex, Kevin Federline, and “they’re hooking up whenever the mood strikes.” There’s also a survey of the best arms in show biz— Michelle Obama and Jessica Biel rank at the top, while Madonna is dubbed an “arms disgrace,” with her sinewy, over-trained muscles.

In an effort to keep her publicity trainwreck on track, Octomom has granted another big interview. This time, Nadya Suleman updates Life & Style magazine on life with her eight new babies, and dispels some rumors. Suleman admits she was offered the chance to star in an adult movie, in which porn stars would cameo as her nannies. “For $100 million I wouldn’t do it,” she says. “It’s an insult to my values.” Also in the mix: Jennifer Lopez says she’s not ready for another baby, Paris Hilton dresses like Lady Gaga, and Twilight heartthrob Robert Pattinson is hooking up with his co-star Nikki Reed, leaving his on-screen romance, Kristen Stewart, just a friend.

All hell has broken loose in the Brangelina-verse, In Touch reports. The relationship between Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie is apparently so tense that they haven’t shared a bed since March. Angelina wants to adopt again, but Brad’s put his foot down. She’s threatened to do it anyway, just as she went to Iraq against his wishes, and has kept working despite the number of babies at home. The magazine also goes inside the Octo-family, explaining why one of Nadya Suleman’s eight babies, Jonah, is not home from the hospital yet: he weighs only four pounds, and needs more time to prove that he can survive on his own. In Touch also claims that because John Mayer “keeps fueling the gay rumors,” his relationship with Jennifer Aniston may have fizzled.

The Shocker Award this week goes to National Enquirer, for its pictures of a cancer-ravaged, 105-lb. Patrick Swayze. The Beast star is now bald and looks sicker than ever as he visits the doctor. Also, a large bump protrudes from his stomach, which a doctor says is a fluid build-up caused by “pancreatic cancer metastasizing to that area.” Swayze appears to be wearing elastic around his abdomen to support the area. Although his friends and family are staying optimistic, sources say Swayze is struggling to complete every day tasks. “He has good days and bad days,” his mother, Patsy, has said. But Swayze’s will is strong, as he’s told friends: “whatever happens, I’ll work till I die.”

OK! offers up some sexy bikini bodies, and trite advice (whole grains, egg whites) of how to get there. Biggest Loser contestant Tara Costa shares the secret of her 100-lb. weight loss, and an 118-lb. Comedian Kathy Griffin poses in a bikini and dishes about how everyone else looks in their swimsuit. “He looks a little chubby to me, frankly,” Griffin says of Jim Carrey. And of Bo Derek: “How many interviews has Bo Derek done where she said, “I was fat in that picture.” She can suck it, because if this is fat, I’m throwing in the towel.”

In the cover story, John Travolta and Kelly Preston are mourning the death of their son, Jett, who died in January, as his 17th birthday approaches on April 13. “They’re still struggling, and each day is a challenge,” a friend tells the magazine. Meanwhile, all seemed picture-perfect when Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady exchanged a second set of vows in a romantic ceremony in Costa Rica on April 4. But there’s still trouble in paradise: Gisele told Vanity Fair that Brady’s son, John Edward, feels like he is “100 percent hers,” which left his real mom, Bridget Moynahan, very hurt. “Bridget tried to give [Gisele] the benefit of the doubt,” a friend told People . “But that goodwill has taken a hit. She’s like, ‘Did she really say that?’”
