When’s the IPO? Facebook is now the third-most valuable U.S. Web company after passing eBay. The social network company is estimated to have a $41 billion value compared with eBay’s $39.3 billion. It still has quite a bit of ground to make up, however, between itself and number two on the list, Amazon.com, which is valued at $74.4 billion. And Google is way ahead of the pack at number one, with a valuation of $192.9 billion.
