Fake Trump Time Magazine Cover Displayed at His Golf Courses

A Time Magazine issue hanging at various Trump golf courses displaying the president on the cover is fake, The Washington Post reports. Among other deviations from a normal cover, the one displayed at some Trump golf resorts shows a date of March 1, 2009, but there was no Time issue on that date—and Trump was never featured on the magazine’s cover during that year. A spokeswoman for Time, Inc. confirmed to the Post that the cover is fake. Another representative of the company said it asked the Trump Organization to take down the fake cover. The Trump Organization did not respond to the Post's inquiries, and White House spokeswoman Sarah Huckabee Sanders declined to comment.
