Add this to another one of Conan O’Brien’s list of grievances against NBC: The onetime favorite to host the 2010 Emmy Awards has been shafted in favor of Jimmy Fallon. NBC announced this morning the Late Night host will host the Emmys, set for August 29. After O’Brien’s fallout with the network, some speculated that one of their Thursday night comedy stars would step in, but Fallon emerged as the host. "Hosting the Emmys has been a dream of mine ever since they told me I was doing it,” Fallon quipped.
