A man was shot to death outside Oakland's Wall Street protest site Thursday prompting the city's mayor to say, ""It's time for the encampment to end." Police aren't sure, however, whether the man was involved in anti-Wall Street movement and protesters who were there say he was not. Earlier today police responded to an apparent shooting Thursday afternoon at the Occupy Burlington encampment. The details on the shooting were not immediately clear, but emergency crews removed a man from a green tent and blood was present. There was no word on the condition of the man, or even if he is still alive. Six police cars were on the scene as of 2:20 p.m. and police have sealed off the area.
