Bad cop wasn't just an act for five San Francisco police officers and one former officer who were indicted Thursday by the feds on charges of extortion, dealing drugs, stealing property from suspects, and searching without justification. The investigation has been ongoing since a video was released of officers taking valuables from hotel rooms of suspects in 2011.
