Kansas resident Sarah T. Hopkins has been arrested and charged with providing weapons to Cedric Ford, the man suspected of shooting and killing three people on Thursday. Hopkins, 28, is an ex-girlfriend of Ford, and was federally charged for providing a Glock Model 22 .40 caliber semi-automatic handgun and an AK-47-style semi-automatic rifle to him. Hopkins faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
