A 23-year-old Florida man planned to bomb a Key West beach by burying an explosive device under sand and detonating it remotely, according to a complaint filed in court Tuesday. Authorities say the suspect is Harlem Suarez, also known as Almlak Benitez. They say he was arrested Monday, while in posession of an intert bomb. Suarez first came to their attention for posting Facebook posts in support of ISIS.
