Handout
The FBI is no longer looking for a person of interest in connection to the terrorist attack in New York City, officials said at a 6 p.m. press conference. “We have found him, I’ll leave it at that,” an FBI official said. Earlier, the FBI released a bulletin to the public and law enforcement seeking an Uzbek national for questioning in the attack by Uzbek immigrant Sayfullo Saipov that killed eight people on Halloween.
