Obama’s first constitutional showdown over states’ rights is nigh: The Justice Department will announce plans Tuesday to sue the state of Arizona over its controversial new anti-immigration law. The federal government will also seek an injunction against the implementation of the law, which is set to kick in July 26, until the lawsuit is resolved.
