A joint operation of the CIA, FBI, and the U.S. Army's Delta Force nabbed Nazih Abdul-Hamed al-Ruqai after a 13-year search, and shuttled him to an American warship in the Mediterranean Sea. He is awaiting trial in New York and is accused of participating in the 1998 U.S. embassy bombings in East Africa that killed 200.
