A fire broke out at a psychiatric hospital in southern Russia on Sunday killing 21 people and destroying the building. Another 20 people were injured by the blaze. It is not clear what caused the fire at this time. Psychiatric hospitals have seen their fair share of tragic fires in the past. Thirty-seven people were killed in a similar incident in September 2013 and another fire killed dozens in April that same year.
