At least 11 people were killed and 36 injured on Friday when a truck containing fireworks ignited in the central Mexican state of Tlaxcala. The explosion, which was triggered when a stray firework fell into the truck, happened just outside the village of Tepactepec, where the fireworks were going to be used in a Catholic procession honoring the village's patron saint, Jesus Tepactepec.
