General Assembly upgraded Palestine’s status, Israel made plans to build 3,000 houses in the hotly contested east Jerusalem section of the West Bank. While some say that Bibi had to do something in response to Palestine’s gains, others say it’s a bold and unnecessary domestic move in a time of fragile foreign relations.
