The Florida legislature has passed legislation banning students from wearing baggy pants in school—and also a bill outlawing bestiality, after a man accidentally asphyxiated the family goat during sex. The former bill will allow districts to suspend students whose underwear shows. The latter will make sex acts with animals a first-degree misdemeanor. Both bills await Governor Rick Scott’s signature.
