Florida Cops Oust 750-Pound, 12-Foot Alligator From Public Park

Florida police got a call of an intruder in a public park. A very large intruder. It turns out a 750-pound alligator had found its way to Jupiter Commerce Park, where a local business owner spotted it and called police, according to the Orlando Sentinel. The officers did just what you would expect them to—they took selfies with the 12-foot creature (after its mouth was taped up). A trapper called to the scene told police he estimated the gator’s age at about 100, according to a police spokeswoman. It was taken to a gator farm in Central Florida.
