A 16-year-old boy in Florida received only probation after pleading guilty to participating in a gang rape. While the probation could last close to five years, three of his co-defendants will be tried as adults for allegedly raping a 13-year-old girl. The victim says she was raped by five members of the Winter Springs High School football team on November 13 after they lured her into the woods near the school. The 16-year-old boy "did the least harm to the girl, stopping when she said, 'No,'" according to the Orlando Sentinel, which accessed the prosecution records. A 17-year-old boy who plead guilty will face up to four years in a maximum security juvenile facility.
