Michelle Obama invited members of the Broadway hit Hamilton to perform for a group of students at the White House on Monday. Members of the cast, including creator, writer, and star Lin-Manuel Miranda, will join the first lady at a student workshop to talk about careers in theater and perform a selection of songs from the acclaimed show about Alexander Hamilton. Miranda shared the news on his weekly video series, adding that the group would be testing a pilot version of their educational program.
