Brent Scowcroft, the former national security adviser for President George H.W. Bush, endorsed Hillary Clinton on Wednesday. "The presidency requires the judgment and knowledge to make tough calls under pressure," Scowcroft said in a statement. This comes after Richard Armitage, the deputy secretary of state under George W. Bush, also backed Clinton.
