Former Yemen President Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi has fled the capital city of Sanaa. Shiite rebels had surrounded Hadi’s home but they let him go after facing local and international pressure. Aides of Hadi’s who spoke to the Associated Press say the ex-president has since made it to Aden and later plans to leave the country for medical treatment.
