Prosecutors have charged four men arrested last year in plotting an al Qaeda terrorist attack in Germany, the Associated Press is reporting. The leader of the small group, Moroccan-born Abdeladim El-Kebir, 30, also faces charges for training at a terror camp on the Afghanistan-Pakistan border.
