Prosecutors have charged four men arrested last year in plotting an al Qaeda terrorist attack in Germany, the Associated Press is reporting. The leader of the small group, Moroccan-born Abdeladim El-Kebir, 30, also faces charges for training at a terror camp on the Afghanistan-Pakistan border. Prosecutors said he recruited the three other members of the group—all German citizens—whose last names were not disclosed to the press, per German privacy laws. One is accused of helping to produce explosives, while the other two allegedly were in charge of logistics and plot coordination.
