Four Dead in Tennessee Shooting

AWFUL

A man walked into a factory and opened fire.

Four people, including the suspected shooter, are dead after a man opened fire in a factory in Athens, Tennessee, on Thursday. The gunman allegedly entered the building at around 4 p.m. and went to the product manager’s office, where he killed his first victim. He went on to kill two more people and was later killed himself. It is unclear whether police shot him or if it was a self-inflicted wound. Thomas and Betts, the factory in which the shooting took place, manufactures connectors and components for the electrical and communications industries.
