Fox Business Network
Fox Business Network announced the lineup for next Tuesday’s Republican presidential debate, and it includes several major shakeups from previous events. The prime-time debate will feature the eight candidates who scored 2.5 percent or higher on an average of four recent national polls: Donald Trump, Ben Carson, Sen. Marco Rubio, Sen. Ted Cruz, Jeb Bush, Carly Fiorina, John Kasich, and Sen. Rand Paul. Gov. Chris Christie and Mike Huckabee—who were previously included in the prime-time debates—have fallen to the “undercard” event, airing at 7 p.m. ET. They will join Bobby Jindal and Rick Santorum as the lone four candidates to meet the criteria of at least a 1 percent average in polling. Gone entirely from the stage are Sen. Lindsey Graham and George Pataki. The four polls used in the average were those conducted by Fox News, Investor’s Business Daily/TIPP, Quinnipiac University, and The Wall Street Journal/NBC News.
