A Fox News host added a disclaimer to a report on the secret double life of the husband of failed Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem.
Bryon Noem’s fetish for sporting super-sized fake breasts and tight tops was revealed this week by the Daily Mail.
Bryon’s wife Kristi has long been rumored to be having an affair with her top aide, Corey Lewandowski, with some of the family saying the alleged relationship had left him feeling “humiliated.”
Fox News’ The Will Cain Show covered the headline-grabbing story on Wednesday night.
In a short segment, correspondent Kevin Corke repeated the allegations that Bryon Noem interacted with women in a fetish community, where he wore clothes to mimic their appearance.
He also added that Bryon had not denied having explicit online conversations, but insisted he had never compromised national security while his wife was in her DHS role.
Cain admitted that the story was “literally unbelievable” before going on to reassure confused Fox News fans that these allegations are entirely real.
“It might be worth noting even though this is April 1 this is not a joke for April Fool’s,” he said. “What a story!”
As the fallout from the revelations continue, Bryon Noem said he plans to open up about his cross-dressing hobby.
He told The New York Times: “I will at some point. Today is not the day. I appreciate your heart.”
Noem stated she was shocked by the photos of the man she married in 1992. The couple have three children.
“The family was blindsided by this, and they ask for privacy and prayers at this time,” a spokesperson for Noem said.
There were also concerns that the photos of Bryon could be used to blackmail Noem, who was fired by Donald Trump from her top DHS role last month.
A former Fox News host has also weighed in on the scandal.
MAGA podcaster Megyn Kelly said Noem must have been aware of her long-term husband’s secret life.
“I feel for Kristi Noem. It puts a totally different spin on the affair she’s allegedly been having with Corey Lewandowski. Who could blame her? It feels almost noble at this point,” Kelly said during her Sirius XM show.
“She’s suggesting she didn’t know—so I guess technically it wouldn’t justify the affair—but even if you don’t know, don’t you know? As a wife?”
Noem’s alleged affair with Lewandowski has previously been described as the“worst-kept secret in D.C.”
