Fox News: Newt Just Wants a Job at CNN

Brushes off accusations of bias.

Fox News has responded to Newt Gingrich's claims that the cable network favored Mitt Romney throughout the GOP primary. Newt praised CNN, specifically, for having more unbiased news coverage than Fox. "This is nothing other than Newt auditioning for a windfall of a gig at CNN--that's the kind of man he is," said a Fox spokesman. "Not to mention, he's still bitter about the fact that we terminated his contributor contract." The spokesman might be on to something, as Newt did note that he plans to sit at the CNN table at this month's White House Correspondents Association dinner.
