Who says the French are a spineless? Defying British and American allies, the French president said Tuesday his country will deliver on its promise to send Russia a Mistral warship by October. Francois Hollande’s decision to follow-through with the sale, despite Russia's annexation of Crimea and possible involvement with MH17's shoot down, has earned him international scorn. British Prime Minister David Cameron said such a sale is “unthinkable.” France has set some bounds, however: the second warship's delivery is conditional on Moscow's good behavior.
